What are the aims of the Dignity at Work course?
Learners who successfully complete this module will:
- Have a heightened awareness of Bullying & Harassment and the difference between both.
- Have an awareness of what constitutes appropriate and unacceptable behaviour.
- Have an awareness of the legislation governing Bullying & Harassment in the Workplace.
- Have an awareness of individual responsibilities under the legislation.
Who should participate on the Dignity at Work course?
This course is designed for those who wish to gain an understanding of bullying and harassment with a view to preventing it in the workplace.
Reasons to participate in the Dignity at Work course:
- This course will provide participants with the skills to identify bullying behavior and why bullying happens.
- Participants will have gained an insight into the steps that can be taken to avoid bullying and to deal with bullying claims should they arise.
- Participants can apply this knowledge to draw up best practice anti-bullying polices in their own work places.
What is the course duration?
This is a one day course running from 9.30am to 4pm.
