Description	IT Systems & PC Maintenance course is designed to provide students with the skills necessary to gain confidence with computers from assembly/disassembly and mainteance of PC's through to installation of modern operating systems, software and system upgrades. It also aims to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to undertake a wide range of IT Systems Maintenance and Administrative tasks plus introduces students to Computer Networking by gaining an understanding of networks and the topologies and protocols involved, including designing, building and securing computer networks. Throughout the course the students problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are enhanced. The course is delivered through presentations, group work and one to one coaching offering a combination of theoretical and practical application and tested on a continuous assessment basis.
