| Description |
Combines training in the workplace
with training in the centre. Each
learner identifies their preferred
employment sector and suggests
possible host employers. The
facilitator arranges a work placement
for two days a week for the duration
of the course and supports both
employer and learner. In the centre
the learner follows an individual
training plan to meet their needs.
They may take FETAC modules as
required. Training may be
outsourced if necessary. |
