Description	A flexible course that enables students to acquire practical skills with a host company in a skill area of their choice. The course is a combination of on-the-job & in-centre training. The EBT co-ordinator will support both student & employer.
Modules	IT Skills, Career Planning, Personal Development, Health & Safety and Manual Handling. The on-the-job training allows the learner to gain skills in their chosen area. Office Assistant, Retail Sales, Factory Operative, Stores Assistant.
Certification	FETAC Level 4-5, ECDL
