Description	A flexible course that enables learners to acquire practical skills in the workplace with a host company in a vocational area of their choice. Learners spend 4 days a week with the employer and 1 day in the training centre supported by the training co-ordinator.
Modules	Health & Safety, Placement Preparation, Manual Handling, Personal Effectiveness, Communications, Job Seeking, Self Advocacy.
Certification	FETAC Level 3-5, ECDL
