Transition Action Planning (TAP) Service

What is TAP?

The Transition Action Planning (TAP) service is a free support initiative in Letterkenny, Donegal - the first of its kind in Ireland - for young people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or with an intellectual disability with autistic tendencies.

The aim is to facilitate people's transition from school or children's services to adulthood and a wide range of educational, rehabilitation and vocational opportunities are explored.

The service is a Disability Activation Project managed by Pobal and jointly funded by the European Social Fund and the Department of Social Protection.
