Our courses are tailored to each student's needs, to help them to build their confidence while getting practical job-seeking skills to help them get a job or go on to further training.

Designed to provide students with
opportunities to learn the skills,
knowledge & attitudes needed to
develop personal effectiveness &
self-advocacy skills, become more
independent in social & vocational
situations, operate in a supported
community situation, progress onto
further training or education.
The purpose of this programme is to provide high-quality specialist education that addresses the specific individualised needs of learners with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) The team work in partnership with parents, families and other professionals in meeting the needs of the learners. Person-centred planning allows the learners to engage in broad and balances experiences. Our service allows learners to have a voice in deciding what they want to do with their lives and allows them the opportunity to integrate into their community and become valuable contributors to society. Where appropriate, learners will also have the opportunity to progress to nationally accredited training courses.
The programme is offered on a full-time or part-time basis.
Employer Based Training enables students to acquire practical skills with a host company in the area of their choice. The programme is a combination of on-the-job and in-centre training 60% on-the-job and 40% in-centre. The Employer Based Training instructor supports both the student and the employer. Students choose a vocational training area that interests and suits them and the Employer Based Training instructor finds a suitable Host Company training placement within the vocational area and locality identified by the student.
Designed for those who would like an opportunity to make a new beginning & start a new career after a period out of the workforce. It provides an opportunity to explore vocational opportunities in order to progress to further education and/or employment.
This flexible course will provide students with the opportunities to develop essential knowledge and competencies both in the centre and the work environment. This will enable them to progress to further training, education or directly to employment.

Provides students with the necessary skills training & qualification to access employment as administrative & general office assistance or to access further training/education.
Enables students to acquire core skills training and qualifications in Computer Applications & Office Skills. This will enable the student to obtain employment in the computer or business related employment sector whether you are working from home, are self-employed or are with a business.
This flexible course will provide students with the opportunities to develop essential knowledge and competencies both in the centre and the work environment. This will enable them to progress to further training, education or directly to employment.
A flexible course that enables students who cannot access a training centre to gain an information technology qualification from their own home. Students are linked by modem to the centre where online tutorials are provided. This is supported by home visits & group meetings. All equipment is supplied on loan to the students.

Sporting Chance is a Specific Skills Training programme designed to enable people with disabilities or those out of work due to illness, injury or learning difficulty to develop careers as coaches, assistants and leaders in the sports and leisure industry. The programme provides individualised training focusing on the specific career and educational goals of each learner. The programme has been specifically developed to assist learners in gaining employment in the sports and leisure industry, or progression onto further training and education in the industry.
